Early Victor enduro frame, good solid condition, original numbers, not been messed with, the swinging arm has been lengthened and strengthened, has has extra stops put on the headstock, someone has tried to remove the swinging arm without success and damaged the spindle, nothing new there, as they are always seized, difficult to find these early ones.
