Has been standing some time, not been on the road since the late seventies, either the kickstart mechanism is jammed, or the engine has seized from standing. The bike came from a deceased estate, there are no documents with it, but the registration number is still live on the DVLA website & with a V62 form and £25 a V5C is obtainable.
